The general recommendation is at least half your body weight in ounces of water with a pinch of Celtic sea salt or Redmond's real salt in each glass.
Begin each day with 2 cups of water (with 2 pinches of salt) before you eat or drink anything else. If you struggle with constipation, "chew" this water. It will stimulate the gastrocolic reflex as it sends a signal to the brain to prepare for digestion.
