Buzz Breath
You can use the insight timer for a guided buzz breath meditation, but this is not required. You can do this 5-10 times without any guidance. You also do not have to do use your hands as shown. You can do the breathing exercise anytime and anywhere with your eyes open or closed.
You can jump up and down in place, jump rope or jump up and down on a trampoline.
You could also go up and down stairs quickly.
Lymph fluid moves with up and down movement. You can move lymph fluid in the abdomen under the diaphragm with deep diaphragmatic breathing.
A vibration plate can also be helpful, however, I would still recommend up and down movement.
