Epsom salts baths give the body sulfur that it needs to help the body to detoxify. You can begin with 1/2 cup and work your way up to 4+ cups. Soak for at least 20 minutes 3-4 times per week.
If you are sensitive to sulfur, you can use magnesium flakes instead.
